bad credit auto loans?

Does anyone know of banks that provide auto loans to people who have had bad credit. Have had tough couple years but still held steady job and need to buy car. Applied online to bad credit loan places but they directly put me in contact with dealerships. Wondering if there are banks out there that can give unsecured loans to good people who have been down on their luck. Had to put family first these last few years thus ruining my credit.

Financed cars is more expensive to insurance cause it requires full coverage. You can compare how much you would pay for full coverage of this car using this tool – carquotes.sinfree.net

save up some money and buy a car with cash.

I would never finance a car.
buy some second hand or third hand car.
I’ve seen cars for $1000.00 no it may not be that great of a car, but it will get you to work
and you will not be in debt. insurance qwill be low. and if someone hits the car. so what.

Santander Auto loan but they mostly accept applications from the dealerships so you have to apply through the dealership and you must put some funds down.

You would not need an unsecured loan for an auto loan, you can get a secured loan and use the car as the collateral.

Bad credit auto loans are available through dealerships with special finance departments. I am unaware of any lenders that you can deal directly with. Sorry for your troubles and good luck getting back on track.
